The health technics




Breathing and relaxing are necessary to remain serene during fights, but also for everyday life. Slow Taos, breathing exercises, meditation, allow to recover from the violent efforts needed during practice, but are also used to fight agains illness, to control stress and to open up.
This is partularly recommended for older persons who wish to continue to be souple and to feel comfortable. These specific health techniques are generally done at the end of the lesson in order to recover.
